Digital Products โ€” No Return & No Refund
INDOKONA provides digital services (Digital Visiting Cards, Wallet Credits, Franchise Access). Once created or activated, digital products cannot be returned or refunded. Please read the full policy below for details and exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

INDOKONA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order
  • The cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process
  • Cancellation requests for digital products (Digital Visiting Cards, wallet credits) will not be accepted once the service has been activated or delivered
Important: For digital services provided by INDOKONA, cancellation is not possible once the service has been created or the wallet has been credited.

Digital Products โ€” No Refund

As INDOKONA provides 100% digital services, the following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital Visiting Cards once created and shared
  • Wallet credits once added to an account
  • Franchise registration fees and activation charges
  • Any subscription or plan amount once the service period has begun
  • Customisation, design, or theme charges
No Exceptions: Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are intangible. Once a digital visiting card is created or wallet is credited, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

Damaged or Defective Service

In case you receive a service that is technically defective or not working as described, please report the issue to our customer support immediately.

  • Report must be made within 24 hours of the issue being identified
  • You must provide clear evidence (screenshots, recordings) of the defect
  • Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 3โ€“5 working days
  • If the defect is confirmed and cannot be fixed, a service credit or replacement may be offered at INDOKONA's discretion
We Will Help: While refunds are not offered for digital products, we are committed to resolving any genuine technical issues promptly and ensuring you receive the service as promised.

Wallet & Payment Disputes

For wallet-related concerns and payment disputes, the following process applies:

  • If payment was deducted but wallet was not credited, contact support within 48 hours with transaction proof
  • Provide your Order ID, UTR number, and payment screenshot for faster resolution
  • Duplicate payments will be reversed within 5โ€“7 working days
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account
Payment Failed? If your payment was deducted but not reflected in the wallet, do not make another payment. Contact support immediately with your transaction details.

Account Termination

INDOKONA reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions. In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued for any remaining wallet balance upon account termination due to policy violation
  • Accounts terminated by the user voluntarily โ€” unused wallet balance may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Franchise accounts that are terminated for inactivity or misuse are not entitled to any refund
Policy Violation: Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of our terms will result in immediate account termination without any refund.

If you face any issue with our service, here's how to reach us:

  • Call us at +91 9625995155 during business hours (10 AM โ€“ 6 PM, Monโ€“Sat)
  • Include screenshots, transaction IDs, and any supporting evidence
  • Our team will respond within 24โ€“48 hours
Our Promise: Even though digital products cannot be refunded, we take every complaint seriously and will work to resolve any genuine service issue to your satisfaction.
