Instant Digital Delivery โ€” No Physical Shipping
INDOKONA is a 100% digital platform. All services โ€” Digital Visiting Cards, Wallet Credits, Franchise Access โ€” are delivered instantly online. There is no physical product and hence no physical shipping or delivery charges apply.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

INDOKONA provides 100% digital services. All products and services are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.

  • Digital Visiting Cards are created and available instantly after order confirmation
  • Wallet credits are reflected in your account within minutes of payment verification
  • Franchise account access is granted immediately upon registration and payment
  • No physical products are shipped โ€” there are no delivery charges or shipping fees
  • Service delivery is subject to successful payment confirmation
Instant Access: Once payment is confirmed, you can access your digital products immediately through your INDOKONA dashboard. No waiting, no physical delivery required.

Cancellation Policy

INDOKONA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order
  • The cancellation request may not be entertained if the service has already been activated or communicated to the relevant team
  • For digital products and services โ€” once created or activated โ€” cancellation is not possible
Please Note: Digital visiting cards that have been created and shared cannot be cancelled. Wallet credits that have been added and used cannot be reversed.

Cancellation Time Windows

The following time-based cancellation rules apply for eligible services:

Immediately after order (within minutes)
Eligible for full cancellation and refund if the service has not yet been activated. Contact support immediately.
Within 24 hours โ€” before service activation
May be considered on a case-by-case basis. A cancellation fee may apply. Service must not have been activated or used.
After service activation / 24 hours
Not eligible for cancellation or refund. Digital services once created, activated or delivered cannot be reversed.
Best Practice: Review your order details carefully before making payment. Contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel โ€” the sooner you contact us, the better the chance of resolution.

Damaged or Defective Service

In case of receipt of a defective or non-functional digital service, please report the issue to our customer support team immediately.

  • Report must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the service
  • Provide clear evidence โ€” screenshots or screen recordings โ€” of the defect
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 3โ€“5 working days
  • If the defect is confirmed, a service replacement or credit may be offered at INDOKONA's discretion
We'll Make It Right: If the service you received genuinely doesn't work as described, we are committed to resolving it promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Refund After Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved (within the eligible window), refunds are processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days
  • UPI payments โ€” refunded directly to the source UPI account
  • Card payments โ€” credited back to the card within 7 working days
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically take 5โ€“7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request Cancellation

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at indokona2024@gmail.com with subject line: "Cancellation Request โ€” [Order ID]"
  • Call us at +91 9625995155 (Monโ€“Sat, 10 AM โ€“ 6 PM)
  • Include your Order ID, registered email, payment screenshot, and reason for cancellation
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours
