• Wallet amounts once added are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• All transactions are processed securely and INDOKONA is not liable for any payment failures due to third-party payment gateways
• Franchise partners are responsible for maintaining accurate UPI/payment details in their profile
• Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and legal action

Franchise partners who register on the INDOKONA platform agree to the following additional conditions:

• You are responsible for the digital visiting cards you create and distribute to your customers
• You must not create cards for illegal businesses or individuals engaged in fraudulent activities
• The franchise ID assigned to you is non-transferable and must be used only by the registered account holder
• INDOKONA reserves the right to revoke franchise status for any violation of these terms
• All marketing and promotional activities must clearly identify you as an authorised INDOKONA franchise partner

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDOKONA Tech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted through our service
• Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, or otherwise made available via the platform
